Green Onyx is a beautiful, warm toned olive green paint color. It is mid-toned – not too light and not too dark – and is perfect for a cozy, earthy room!

Green Onyx is in the green color family and is considered a shade of olive green.
Light Reflectance Value

Light Reflective Value is the measurement of how much light a color bounces around. This is on a scale of 0 to 100 with 0 being pure black and 100 being pure white.
With an LRV of 31, Green Onyx is a mid toned paint color. It’s not super dark, but not super light, either.
It will look lighter in a bright room and darker in a room with less natural lighting.
Warm toned lighting will also bring out the yellow undertones, while it will look more true-green in cool lighting.
